Learning to relax helps health, sleep and your general well-being.
In a session we will spend some time looking at your current stress levels and the things that go to make up that stress. We may be able to devise a plan to help reduce stress in your life, and then go one to either learning a particular relaxation tool for you to use in your most stressful situations or to doing a relaxation visualisation. Most relaxations and visualisations use the image of white healing light at the start - this is a very powerful relaxation tool in itself and also will enable healing to happen within your body.
These are tools you can use in specific situations such as public speaking, confronting difficult people, or for situations you find particularly difficult. We will develop these together and over a number of session we can see which tools you find the most effective and enhance them where necessary.
This is where we go on a journey to your inner depths or your spiritual self or even your physical body and during the journey you are guided to find answers to your current situation which will help with your stresses. These journeys can be repeated by yourself when alone if you wish to gain further insights - also regular sessions, can support you through difficult times and help you contact your own inner guidance and intuition.
Some people do find it difficult to visualise at first though with practice - alone or in session you will find it will become easier. Even clients who find it hard to visualise fine the relaxations and visualisation extremely relaxing and refreshing.
