Channelled Messages
What makes these journeys unique is that they are channelled and recorded spontaneously. They are given to each of you direct from the source. They are given with love to you all to empower, and enable you to carry on with your life's work. The journeys also give you the freedom of a self-directed B side to encourage you to use them to find your own inner wisdom and depths within.
The light is given to protect and bond you with the higher realms. Your guide is ever present to encourage and stimulate your growth within the visualisations.
Light is the energy produced from love. Every time we give and receive love from a person, our light increases. When we are looking at the beauty of nature and feeling the love we have for it, and the love it gives us, the energy of light increases. The more we can use this creative energy the better for the world.
Light workers like yourselves are here to increase the love in this world. You create the world you have around you and you can increase the joy it holds for you by increasing your capacity to give and receive love. You are already on the path of creating light and love in this world in your daily life.
The Seeds of Light visualisations are sent to help you develop your talents further. You are the energy that can change this world. Your development thus far has helped create new ways of caring and loving for the people and the world around you. Now it is time for you to receive from the Light. These journeys are here to help you to experience receiving from the Light. You have given much to this world, sometimes with no return. Now is the time for you to receive.
The Universe Thanks You for your love and light, and connects you with people of like minds to support, encourage and teach you.
If, at times, you feel alone, visualise in the garden a crystal orb standing on the top of a hill. You can see beams of light expanding in all directions covering the world. Connect yourself to one of the beams of light and you will feel the connection with all the other workers connected by these tapes. Know that we are there. This is how we connected with you before we went into the Light to make these tapes, so that the connection could be made from the spirit. (Channelled).
The Journeys
The vision of light opens the reality of your soul. These visualisations are given in love. When given in love there is no fear. You are kept safe within the protection of the Universal Source. Use these visualisations to enhance the joy within your life and the finding of your inner path. Without love there is no light. Without light there is no love. May your path bring you joy and fruitfulness.
The Garden Within
The garden is the person behind the facade and here lies your truth. It is your choice as to whether you accept or deny the reality and choose to change or stay in the place you are now. Whichever choice you make, we are always with you and among you, and will never leave you or turn you away from our love. (Channelled 12/10/95).
Chakras
Fear can block you on your path. Release your fear through the chakras, so you are able to see it for what it is - the absence of love in that area. We can, together, replace the fear with love - do not banish it - love it into acceptance. Each chakra relates to a specific area of your life and you can have knowledge intellectually of your healing process and this can help you find your true direction and lead you to your true self.
Use the second side to explore a particular chakra you wish to clear and learn more about that area in your life. (Channelled 23/3/96)
Light Children
Parents and children, although seemingly distant from each other have their child within to bond them together. This journey gives you a place to meet when conflict appears in the relationship. You can use this tape to meet on a neutral ground that you can both relate to. Resolution of conflict within the family is the key to this tape. Have the key and unlock the door to your common garden. Reveal to each other your innermost wishes for the family unit that binds you as one. As you come from one so you can unite together as the whole within the family unit.
The visualisation can be used as a family meditation or as a tool to focus the family unit as a whole. It will bring together the unit to a place of wondrous freedom and growth. Share in the growth of each other and see the growth that can come from seeing yourselves as a whole, not part of the world.
Use the visualisation by yourself to connect with your child within. Play with your child and release yourself from the stress of being adult. Most important is to have fun and live life. (Channelled 23/3/96)
Sexual Healing
We will take you into the depths of your subconscious to break you free of negative conditioning around your sexualness. We protect you and are with you in love all the way through. You can trust and let go and realise the true union you are seeking on a spiritual level. The A side is guided to show you around your safe grove of love and sexualness and the B side your own intuitive garden can be explored to find answers to specific issues and see beyond your present thinking. The feelings that may come up can be released safely for you now. We are with you even when the journey has ended protecting and loving you. May you have love, peace, joy and ecstasy of the light.

Enjoy the time and space you create for these visualisations. You deserve it, take time to make this space yours. Within your lifetime you have worked hard but now you must see the new dimension of work in the new world as it will be. The new world will be about exchanging energy amongst yourselves for the good of each other and the planet you live on. You will know the true path when everything is easy and simple, and life flows gently as the stream on its journey to the sea.
